PulkoMandy’s Software archive is a nice resource for BeOS software. Bebrexx is listed there, too.
It’s in HaikuDepot as brexx or brexx_x86. But apparently no one made a 64bit version yet.
So, just pkgman install brexx and you should be up and running.
