We take that and turn it into a Wiki, and then try collectively to edit it into more comprehensible English. I know about three sentences of Japanese but I think it’s possible to get something out of the Google translations, especially if we get a Japanese person with good English skills on call to decipher some of the more, errr, Haiku-like parts of it!
I’m learning C++ but I don’t think much will ever come of it, but as I’m a philology student by day (Arabic and Persian) and out-of-the-closet grammar/languages nut, I think I’d be able to help in this way.

The one site I’ve used is pbwiki.com which I thought was pretty good. Just remember, I have not had a lot of experience with them.
