After System Backup/Cloning Through Installer, Both Drives Boot Slow

I had installed Haiku on an 16Gb SSD and realized that I wanted more room to play with Haikuporter (once I understand how it works). I used a USB to SATA adapter to plug in my 128Gb SSD, and used installer to back up my drive. Upon rebooting it took an abnormally long time to get to the screen where the icons tell you what parts of the system Haiku is going through while booting.

The source drive now began to boot slow as well. Since I had nothing to loose, I did a fresh install on the 128Gb drive and now it boots fast as it should.
