Alpha 3 release should happen sometime between June 1st to June 14, 2011. No way to give exact date until it happens.

If you cannot wait two weeks you can always try one of the Alpha 3 RCs.

I think they are most of the way done with bug fixs, but I did see a slew of new tickets, the commit log is the busiest I have seen it in some time.I started lurking in 2005 so its really been very busy and bonefish is going crazy on his branch with what looks like posix compliance stuff and other kernel odds and ends.

I think Tonestone is about dead on with the release date.
