Workspaces Issues

I am curious if anyone else has encounterd this issue with Workspaces:

When I try to relocate the Workspace window to a different locale on the screen, it leaves an ‘unframed’ window behind that is also fully functional.

(Hmm, I note that page of the user guide does not mention there is another way to get rid of replicants: you can drag them to the Trash. Perhaps @humdinger would be interested in adding that?)
