What program is best for flashing haiku os on a usb stick (for windows)

I used baleraEtcher like it was said in this page but i get this “PANIC: No boot partitions found!”
What i have to do?

I use etcher to create my usb boot images.

But how i fix that panic that i ALWAYS get? (i mean panic: no boot partitions found)

AFAIK you could try a different USB port or an USB2 hub.

I use rufus on windows and dd on *nix

It works great for me on both Windows 10 and MacOS… Some usb sticks just don’t seem to work for some reason…

Haiku can have problem to boot with some BIOS that are not ‘standard’. Sometimes changing the boot order in your BIOS, so it tries USB first, helps.
