Webpositive fails to boot

Says missing lib whatever so.56 (I think). Tried reloading it and still nothing. I have the latest pkgman update as well.

The trac ticket was #12856. You can do a temporary fix to Web+ by installing ICU56_x86 from HaikuDepot.
