Webpositive crashed..log attached

Pl. see in the log, if this has anything to do with my RAM, 1GB? If yes, I will upgrade the RAM…old pc
Forum website not permitting to load the file… pl. see the below content

Crashed again… this time, I selected “write into core file” option, instead of log, which I have posted earlier…
But it just hung…Core file not found after reboot

In both cases of hung webpositive, nothing worked…hard reboot worked
