Hi.
…and when I was to ask about progress I saw:
Hi. Tried to build radeongfx on my Radeon ryzen 4600h laptop (big interest :-)) but it fails with “…/VideoBufferUtils.cpp:126:62: error: ‘_kern_dup_foreign’ was not declared in this scope”.
NB: i update the build script to pull accelerant2. #/bin/bashset -erm -rf installINSTALL="$PWD/install"export PKG_CONFI - Pastebin.com
When the AccelerationKit (with opengl) is ready, will games currently using mesagl software rendering automatically work via hw acceleration? I do understand that vulkan is low level, and opengl works at higher level.
Technically, someone could write a direct3d accelerator that uses vulkan IMHO.
Yes, OpenGL and Vulkan application should automatically gain hardware acceleration support without recompiling when GPU acceleration drivers will be implemented on Haiku side.
how’s the progress on that front ?
Any news about this?
No new posts means no significant news.
But there could be some progress that hasn’t been announced yet.
Why it never get used? from your screenshots and videos it was good enough to test and gent some more power support no? atleast to see some videos maybe or play a dreamcast emulator no?
