I have added the CSS to a repository here: https://codeberg.org/haiku/Trac-CSS
So far pushed one fix to the scrolling stuff (with the margin) aswell as link breaks on mobile.
@kallisti5 Could you deploy the new CSS from the repo above? 
A newer version with additional fixed from kallisti5 was applied.
I hope most complaints are now solved, I am aware of a couple of minor issues (like line numbers still beeing screwy for file uploads)
Feel free to point out any more bugs
@Diver In particular the ticket box you complained about should be more comfortable now
Try shift+reload. This was updated to be slightly better, however it needs more improvement.
