I built it and ran the gui. But do not see any tailscale option as per your screenshot.
Did you pick Tailscale branch ?

How do I connect to my tailscale network, does it pop up a web page to connect like my other clients?

I built the Tailscale branch and it worked ok. However, I can’t seem to get it to connect to my network. I go “Add Tailscale network” then “Connect” but nothing, no redirection to a web page. In the terminal window I see "connect rejected: bad config path ’ ’ "
Where do I set that path, nothing in the instructions on the repo ..
