[SOLVED] Sharing net connection from linux laptop to Haiku desktop

Tried to get net connection via LAN cable from my VoidLinux laptop. Followed the link as below…It connects for 2 sec, gets disconnected…repeats

Run tail -F /var/log/syslog to see if there is something suspicious.

NOTE: LAPTOP BATTERY CHARGER (AC ADOPTER) NEEDS TO BE PLUGGED AND CONNECTED>>>ELSE, THIS WILL NOT WORK, EVEN IF THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED
