[SOLVED] Haiku R1b3 test candidate 2 not running on virtualbox (windows host)

Hi all!

Trying to take the latest beta test candidate for a spin, but when I try to follow the old GCI guidefor virtualbox, (Virtualizing Haiku in VirtualBox | Haiku Project) I get an error where the VM won’t even boot into the anyboot image to install Haiku. I get the following error message:This text will be hidden

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine **Haiku R1b3tc2**.

Failed to get device handle and/or partition ID for 0000000001ba2430 (hPartitionDevice=0000000000000cfd, Last=0xc0000002/1) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

Has anyone gotten this working on windows/virtualbox?

Try disabling HyperV and/or Windows Sandbox.

Thanks! I eventually found the right setting! Worried that containers won’t work, but we’ll see!
