Restore boot volume Haiku version

As outlined in another thread, I have a beta3 install that isn’t very useful, and while going through various diagnostic possibilities with the boot loader, I see that I’m able to select different Haiku versions - “Latest state”, followed by a list of older states by date - and those older states work.

Is there a way to just destroy that beta3 install and go back to yesterday’s state? If I want a non-working beta3 boot, I have it on a USB stick.
