Is there a way to resize the downloaded Haiku VM image? My 100Mb is full even before i get to fully extract Firefox.

Having all your stuff in a second image has the advantage that you can keep updating the vmimage while keeping your installed apps and data. Just make sure to backup needed files from ~/config/ or ~/config/settings before yanking in a current Haiku vmimage.
