Unfortunately, it landed under “working hours” here, so I could not attend. Glad to know that was successfull !!! ![]()
We’ll definitely have to hold another one. Perhaps next Saturday (6 June), maybe in the morning EDT / afternoon CEST?
Once a week quickly becomes just another obligation. If you believe that this is an extraordinary time and we need more meetings to all cool down a bit, I understand. But normally, I’d say once a month is enough.

Ooh, looking forward to the next one ![]()
I just read this post now and missed the first one (and I’d miss it anyway since it’s 4:30 AEST). I’ll definitely come if it’s morning EDT / late night AEST.
I am also in the AEST timezone. This is a normal issue of having such an international community and finding a time most people can participate. With myself I’m a bit of a night owl anyway, so times that line up better with people in the US and Europe are fine for me but I can understand for others it may not be convenient.
I also agree with Michel about doing it monthly, that is unless something comes up that requires such a call event sooner.
I unfortunately couldn’t join the first meeting as I was attending a event in the real world at this time, but I really like the idea.
If I have time when the next one happens,I’ll make sure to come.
Weekends are usually rather good for me as I work full-time during the week.
So, what was discussed? It would be nice to have at least a summary. ![]()
I wasn’t able to attend, but it’s a good thing to have such event.
Because as a community we don’t always agree, but we are all users of Haiku which is what is linking all of us ![]()
