I noticed this morning that if I view this comment http://www.haiku-os.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=368, the text does not wrap normally, and I have to use a horizontal scrollbar. All other comments appear normal. This is under FireFox 1.0.2 for Windows (yuck). I just took another look and I think it is because there is a really long url in the message. Is there anyway to fix that?

Yes, probably something to do with the large unbreaking URL in the message… but that’s just a hunch. I ahve the same problem with FireFox 1.0.2 under windows (yuck, but better than IE !)
There isn’t a direct solution - long URLs have always caused problems with word-wraping, because they dont include possible delimiters that could afford a wrap without damaging the actual URL.
Possible solution: use tinyurl.com !
More permenant solution: campaign for pointlessly long URLs to be shorter.
The actual URL can be http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_dtlView.jsp?soid=317503&moid=104372
yea… can’t really do anything except edit the message and shorten the link text…
