ATM reporting isn’t necessary - I’m regularly checking the member list. It seems that our friendly neighborhood moron is being quite a pest. phpBB’s ban controls aren’t very flexible, so banning this yutz is requiring banning all the subdomains he’s using.

Got him and a bunch of others. While we don’t have the problems that we used to have with spammer registrations now that we have that image-based registration, it still is a problem, somewhat.
