howto rerolling back with debug mode?
i do update all system today.
reboot, then logo, and then be into debug mode directly.
so, can i de-update with the debug mode?
or, re-install system again?
I assume by debug mode you mean KDL? That’s the text-only screen with black text on white background. That means something crashed during boot.
You can enter the boot loader menu by pressing Space (on some systems it’s Shift instead of Space) before the Haiku logo appears. There you go into the “Select boot volume/state” menu and select an older state of the OS and then continue booting. That should leave you with a working OS again, at least temporarily.
After that you should of course report the bug on the bug tracker to let the developers know there was some kind of regression.
