I have installed Haiku in Virtualbox 4.1 (Ubuntu 11.10 as Host OS ) . As the host OS has Internet but Haiku does not has Internet in virtualbox how can I enable it .

Have a look at the troubleshooting chapter of the VirtualBox guide. It’s a matter of choosing the right hardware simulation.

Assuming it is the same as my OSX Virtualbox, your settings should look something like this:
Network
Adapter 1
Enable
Bridged adapter
en1: Wi-Fi (Airport)
Advanced: Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM)
Cable connected ON
You can use any of the IntelPro versions as your simulated network card: Haiku has drivers for all of them. Don’t pick the other one available in the VB settings (sorry, forgot what it was) stick with the IntelPro.
If you are not connecting Ubuntu via wifi then choose Ethernet instead. You can enable up to four virtual network cards: most of us won’t need to do that.

Thank you for the reply I set Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM) as your advice and I am loving haiku .
