for what it’s worth… if someone figures out a webpositive fix in the next (looks at watch) 2-3 days, I could likely slip it into the final r1/beta3 image. I’m expecting one final RC1 image at some point before the final release.

Previous version has many crashes and other problems and is 1 year old. As the WebKit maintainer I prefer to ship the latest version which has a lot less crashes, is a lot faster, and has just this small rendering bug.
The site https://forum.ancestris.org has so far shown no disappearing text and no other errors or incorrect displays (Haiku 64bit, nightly).

There is no question mark in the Wiki page, I assume this is somehow a joke? How might anybody know whether an item marked DONE in the timeline means “we actually did this” or “we decided not to” ?
