I have intermittent (long and annoying) locks when using Haiku in a Virtual Machine.
In baremetal I have a noisy (it fills my syslog) error with usb (that sometimes made me loose keyboard operativity, but not lately)
At shutdown KDL shows up and I need to launch reboot command 
The VM bug I experience does not show up at boot time as some tracked bugs in Haiku development Tracker but it seems related to writings on disc or often happened when using git.
For the latter I’ll gather the data this night and open a Ticket
