GCC 8.4.0 built successfully on Haiku R1B2 x86_64 on Apr 17, 2021.

Fixes 210 bugs found with the GCC 8.3.0 official release.

I cant seem to find the updated recipe, will you publish it?
Ideally with a patchset, which will apply cleanly, please.

More importantly it should be merged into Haiku buildtools repo. Because a gcc without the Haiku patches will create a lot of problems.
