Firewall (block TCP ports)

Hello.

How can I block a specific TCP port? Is there something like iptables in Haiku?

if you have router in front of the Internet all ports are normaly closed bye the firewall inside. so you need to open ports for specific apps like beshare (7000) before you can use them

Hi Ralf,

at the moment there is nothing like iptables.
Actually iptables is only a Tool to configure existing modules in the linux kernel.
Since haiku has is own network Stack it would not work to port it over to haiku
