I’ve tested today r1a2-rc-r36423. As I played around, I wanted to get BSnow on my desktop. But there wasn’t anything to see. The same with DeskCalc. When I tried to drag any of them as replicant to my desktop, nothing happened. Just for info 
I’ve checked the “Show Replicants” control.
