If there is a CSM compatibility, the UEFI should still support booting from a bootable anyboot ISO afaik, but maybe I miss something here.
But if CSM is not available, maybe anyboot ISO won’t works anymore. To be checked by more informed people.

Just tried booting the nightly anyboot written to a micro SD card, I get to the same point and get stuck at the same three xhci messages
Have you tried disabling all items available to be disabled? See how far that gets you and if you get to the desktop, slowly add back items. I had to do that on a couple MacBooks to find the right combo, but Mac’s are a whole different beast to figure out. Good luck
